The Challenge

As UK-based Test Plant’s success grew, so did their need for a fully functional US headquarters, staffed with engineering, sales, marketing and HR teams. To do this, the software company needed a partner who could provide both intensive short-term recruiting help, and consulting services to help them develop the processes and capabilities in order to bring recruiting in-house here in the U.S.

The Solution

Having worked with Creative Alignments in the past, the company’s VP of HR, knew just the right partner to call. In addition to working on site to hire 13 people for their sales, engineering and marketing teams, Creative Alignments also helped Test Plant evaluate and select the best recruiting technology and provided consulting services around best practices, tools and systems to build their in-house recruiting function.
