Creative Alignments, LLC (“Creative Alignments,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (“Policy”) describes how we collect, use, share, and store personal information in connection with our recruiting services and website (the “Platform”). By using our Platform or engaging with us, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.
1. Information We Collect
We collect the following types of personal information:
- Contact and professional information. Your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, work history, educational background, and resume content when you apply for a position or contact us.
- Voluntary demographic information. If you are a job applicant, some of our client companies are required by law to collect gender, race, or other protected-class information for compliance reporting. Providing this information is strictly voluntary. It will not be used in any employment decision.
- Information you provide when you contact us through the Platform, by email, or when you sign up for updates or resources.
- Usage and device data. Browser type, operating system, device identifiers, IP address, referring and exit pages, and how you navigate the Platform.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information in three ways:
- Directly from you. When you submit a job application, fill out a form, or contact us.
- Automatically through the Platform. We use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to collect usage and device data as you navigate our site. See Section 6 for details.
- Through third-party platforms. We use HubSpot, a customer relationship management platform, to store and manage contact information for customer satisfaction and business development purposes. HubSpot may enrich contact records using data from its commercial dataset. If you would like to request deletion of your data from HubSpot’s commercial dataset, see Section 13.
3. Combining Information
We may combine information collected online with information collected offline, across devices, or from third-party sources. When we combine information with personal information, we treat the combined data as personal information.
4. How We Use Your Information
We use personal information to:
- Respond to your questions, requests, and feedback.
- Send relevant content, resources, and updates about our services when you have opted in to receive them.
- Support our business development and client relationship activities, including tracking inquiries and measuring client satisfaction.
- Improve our Platform and understand how it is being used.
· Protect the security and integrity of our Platform and comply with applicable law.
5. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in the following circumstances:
- Service providers. We share information with third-party vendors who operate our Platform, send email communications, or support our recruiting operations (including HubSpot). These vendors are only authorized to use your information to perform services on our behalf.
- Event partners. We may share limited contact information with partners in connection with co-hosted events or initiatives. We do not share your information with third parties for their own independent marketing purposes.
- Business transfers. If Creative Alignments is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- Legal obligations. We may disclose personal information to law enforcement, government agencies, or courts when required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Creative Alignments or others.
6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
Our Platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to understand how visitors use the site and to improve your experience. We use:
- Required cookies. Essential for the Platform to function.
- Performance cookies. Aggregate, anonymous data on how pages are used.
- Functionality cookies. Remember preferences and settings to improve your experience.
- Analytics cookies. We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. For more information, see Google’s privacy policy.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking certain cookies may affect Platform functionality. Our Platform does not currently respond to “do not track” signals.
7. Your Choices
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking “unsubscribe” in any email we send or by emailing us at [email protected]. You will continue to receive transactional communications related to any active recruiting engagement.
8. Children
Our Platform is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has submitted information to us, please contact us at [email protected] and mark your message “COPPA Inquiry.”
9. Security
We use reasonable security measures, including encryption, to protect personal information. No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Third-Party Links
Our Platform may link to third-party websites. This Policy does not apply to those sites. We are not responsible for their privacy practices and encourage you to review their policies directly.
11. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through our standard channels or as required by law. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

13. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of personal data we hold about you.
- Colorado residents have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA).
- California residents have rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).
- EU and UK residents have rights under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
To exercise any of these rights, email [email protected] with your name and the nature of your request. We will respond within 30 days. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
