When Halo Top was still a small company of 10 employees, they came to Creative Alignments to hire a single C-level role. The partnership quickly expanded and within a year Creative Alignments hired a total of 73 people across all levels and functions. With this talented and growing team in place, Halo Top soon became the highest grossing ice cream brand, even surpassing giants like Ben & Jerry’s and Haagen-Dazs in a well-established category. They became a consumer phenomenon and are now expanding nationally and internationally, and launching scoop shops. Halo Top still relies on Creative Alignments to augment their internal recruiting team.
