What You Will Do

We’re looking for a data-driven, insights-obsessed Retail Analytics & Forecast Manager to own and evolve Quinn’s retail reporting, category insights, trade analysis, and forecasting toolkit. This is a critical cross-functional role, reporting into the CSO, that blends data fluency with storytelling, empowering our sales, operations, and executive teams to bring value to our retailers and make smarter, faster decisions.

Who You Are

We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment and possesses a curiosity for understanding consumer behavior, category dynamics, and the key drivers of retail performance. Your proficiency in data, insights, and category management trade planning & forecasting makes you a valuable partner, particularly given your eagerness to work hand-in-hand with the sales team to build highly accurate forecasts.

● The total compensation for this position including base salary and target variable compensation is $100,000 - $120,000 annually.
