About Us
Our client is a mission-driven, better-for-you CPG brand committed to making high-quality, delicious products using clean, thoughtfully sourced ingredients. With strong retail momentum and a passionate consumer base, the company has experienced substantial growth over the past several years.
As they continue to scale, they remain powered by a lean, collaborative, and entrepreneurial team that values agility, continuous improvement, and doing things the right way. If you’re energized by purpose-driven brands and want to help shape the next phase of growth, this is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.
What You Will Do
As the Director of Quality & Food Safety, you will lead the company’s entire Quality & Food Safety function — ensuring products are safe, consistent, and compliant across the supply chain. You will manage the internal Quality team, oversee food safety programs and certifications, manage regulatory compliance, elevate documentation systems, and partner cross-functionally with Operations, Commercialization, Product Development, and Innovation.
You’ll modernize and strengthen quality programs built during earlier growth stages and help position the organization for its next phase of scale.
Who You Are
You have proven success as a Quality & Food Safety leader who brings both depth of expertise and a hands-on mindset. You love building structure, strengthening systems, and raising the bar on food safety. You thrive in fast-paced, growing environments where collaboration is key and no two days look the same.
You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator — someone who can partner confidently across teams, anticipate challenges, and guide the company toward best-in-class quality standards.
