What You Will Do
As Product Implementation Manager, you'll serve as the connective tissue between our clients, implementation teams, and product organization. You'll partner closely with customers during complex enterprise implementations to understand their goals and translate them into requirements the product team can act on, all while keeping customer-driven development aligned with BridgeCare's product strategy and long-term scalability.
Who You Are
You're a systems thinker who can translate complex customer conversations into clear, structured, development-ready documentation. You navigate confidently between executive-level client conversations and detailed engineering discussions, and you're comfortable driving projects forward even when direction isn't fully defined.
