About Creative Alignments

What You Will Do
You will lead a talented team of recruiting consultants on client requisitions and engagements. You’ll collaborate with leadership to plan resources, set goals, create solutions, and track success. About 75% of your time will be focused on managing people, client relationships, and team resourcing and utilization; the rest will be spent on your own requisition load.

You are results-oriented, take pride in client retention, and excel at building lasting partnerships. You value thoughtful, human-centric engagement with both clients and candidates and are motivated to help others succeed.
