What You Will Do

You will implement sales and account strategies and achieving results in a matrix sales organization. You’ll be involved with discovering, developing, and realizing project opportunities in your sales district as well as soliciting new customers/contractors to increase demand for products. You will cultivate long-term relationships with key account decision-makers. You’ll deliver professional sales presentations and work with local manufacturing reps. You’ll be maintaining sales reports and forecasts, tracking expenses, and demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development.

Benefits

Base: $81,113.00 to $110,719.00 annually, based on specific compensable factors including, but not limited to education, work experience, and geographic market.

Bonus: This role will be eligible for participation in a discretionary annual bonus program, pursuant to which an employee may be awarded a percentage of their salary based on the company’s performance and their own individual performance.
