What You Will Do
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrative Assistant to support our growing operations team. This role is split approximately 50/50 between Customer Service/Logistics Coordinator and administrative support for the Operations Manager. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in operational accuracy, and thrives in a collaborative, small-team environment. You will play a key role in ensuring orders move smoothly, customers are supported, and internal processes stay on track.

You’re comfortable switching between customer-facing coordination and internal administrative work, and you take pride in following details all the way through. In a small, collaborative environment, you’re dependable, proactive, and at your best when supporting operations, solving problems, and helping ensure customers and teammates have what they need to succeed.
