What You Will Do
We are searching for a Farm Manager to oversee our 3,500-acre pecan farm in Las Cruces, NM and to develop and manage our 1,400-acre farm in Lordsburg, NM. The Farm Manager’s responsibilities include staff leadership, agronomic strategy and execution, budgeting and procurement, fleet management and readiness, operational planning and recordkeeping through AgWorld, trial work with university partners, reporting to ownership, and driving profitability.
