What You Will Do
We're looking for a Tax Manager who can lead our tax services function and build the future of in-app tax preparation for Scout. You'll execute on tax preparation for college athletes while shaping the product vision for scalable, automated tax workflows—working cross-functionally to deliver a best-in-class tax experience. This role requires hands-on execution, deep tax expertise, and the ability to translate complex tax concepts into intuitive, mobile-first experiences for our unique user base.
Who You Are
The ideal candidate possesses several years of experience preparing taxes, preferably for high net-income individuals such as athletes or entertainment professionals. You are comfortable with a fast-paced work environment, dealing with ambiguity, and building structure and process. You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a consistent work ethic. Challenges excite you, overcoming them motivates you.
