What You Will Do
We’re looking for a Head of Sales to join our early team and lead all things retail growth. Reporting to our Founder/CEO, you’ll be responsible for driving national expansion, managing key retail relationships, overseeing brokers and distributors, and building the sales function from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to join a breakout brand at an inflection point.
Our team is small and scrappy, and the pace is fast. One day you might be pitching Rotten to a buyer at a top retailer. The next, you could be reviewing POS data, evaluating broker performance, or refining our pricing strategy.
Who You Are
You are a strategic, roll-up-your-sleeves sales leader with deep CPG experience and a track record of driving retail growth. You thrive in fast-paced, scrappy environments, know how to close key accounts, manage brokers and distributors, and build systems that scale. Most importantly, you’re excited to own the sales function and help shape the future of a breakout brand.
