Director of Procurement and Sustainability

The Director of Procurement & Sustainability is responsible for developing and executing strategic sourcing initiatives for all ingredients used in the company’s consumer food product portfolio. This role will focus on optimizing cost, quality, service, and sustainability while maintaining strong supplier relationships, supporting contract manufacturing network needs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and brand standards.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of our key ingredient categories, which includes organic oats, organic coconut oil and organic ancient grains, and a track record of delivering measurable value through supplier negotiations, innovation partnerships, and supply chain efficiency. You are a strategic and results-driven sourcing professional, skilled in aligning initiatives with long-term business objectives. You’re an adept negotiator and influencer, capable of securing win-win supplier agreements and an innovative thinker who proactively identifies new materials and technologies to enhance product and process performance. You’re highly collaborative, working seamlessly across functions, suppliers, and contract manufacturing networks to achieve company goals. You consistently deliver measurable improvements in cost, quality, and sustainability.
