What You Will Do
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for both existing and prospective customers, providing support via phone, chat, and email. In this role, you will deliver professional and friendly service to enhance customer satisfaction, strengthen loyalty, and contribute to sales growth. You will process orders, assist with basic account management, and ensure every interaction reflects the company’s high standards. This position requires adherence to all company policies as well as compliance with GMP, OSHA, and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
