Oddball reimagines nostalgic fruit-based snacks for the next generation – clean-label, fun-to-eat, and joyfully weird. We win where taste, texture, and format collide with health-forward parenting. Our first product line is a line of jiggly fruit cups using agar and real fruit juices and concentrates—vegan, fun, and unlike anything else on shelf. Oddball isn’t a one-trick pony; it’s the beginning of an entirely new kind of food brand that will re-define our diets and how we eat.
With exciting new product lines and upcoming retail launches, we’re building a brand with staying power and we’re looking for a sharp, creative, independent Brand Manager to lead that charge.
What You Will Do
As Oddball’s Marketing Manager, you will own the marketing function across brand, retail, digital, and growth. You’ll be our first in-house marketing hire and will work closely with the founder, advisors, operating partners, and a lean but mighty marketing team. This is a rare opportunity to take full ownership of a high-potential brand and scale it nationally from an early stage.
Who You Are
We are looking for a Swiss Army knife of a brand builder who can own projects, think strategically, and execute quickly. If you have the curiosity of a consumer psychologist, the hustle of a start-up operator, and the creativity of a Tik Tok native – this role is for you.
