What You Will Do
As a Supply Chain Specialist, you’ll be a critical part of ensuring Noka products reach our customers and retail partners seamlessly. You’ll manage the day-to-day logistics of shipments, monitor inventory health, and work closely with our 3PL partners, warehouses, and internal teams. Beyond execution, you’ll have the chance to contribute to process improvements that optimize our supply chain for both cost efficiency and best-in-class customer experience.
Who You Are
You are an early-career supply chain or operations professional (2–4 years’ experience), ideally in CPG or food & beverage. Highly organized and detail-oriented, you thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments where priorities shift quickly. You’re a proactive communicator who enjoys working cross-functionally and building strong external partnerships. With strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and familiarity with ERP/WMS systems, you bring an analytical mindset and problem-solving approach to identifying trends and proposing solutions. A passion for food, wellness, and sustainability is a plus and will make you an even stronger fit.
