Reporting into the VP of Sales, as the National Sales Manager for Convenience & Away-From-Home you will be responsible for building and supporting a mix of Noka’s national and regional Convenience, Foodservice and other away-from home small format accounts. You should thrive on and excel at having full P&L, sell-in and ongoing management responsibilities. If you like to work collaboratively, with two co-founders and cross-functionally, this role could be for you!
You possess a strong capability in cultivating and nurturing relationships with a diverse portfolio of national and regional Convenience, Foodservice, and other small format away-from-home accounts. You have had full P&L responsibility in previous roles and proven success managing a variety of partners, including customers, brokers, and distributors. A strategic thinker, you are also able to think tactically and enjoy working through the details. Digging into data gets you excited and you love being able to utilize your strong analytical skills on a regular basis.
