What You Will Do

The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President and CEO of Njevity. This role requires a proactive and highly organized individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks, communicate effectively, and embody Njevity's core values in every interaction. The ideal candidate will possess a strong ability to anticipate needs, maintain confidentiality, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced virtual environment

This is a remote position with the flexibility to work from your home office within the continental United States. We expect that you have a dedicated home office space with a door that allows you to minimize distractions. We also expect that during work hours, you will have no other responsibilities other than your work responsibilities. The role will require occasional travel for company meetings and events.
