What You Will Do
We are hiring our first Human Resources Business Partner reporting into the VP of Finance, to support the companies at The Purple Mixer, Inc. (Miss Jones Baking Co. - a growth-stage food brand and Decko Products - our manufacturing facility in Sandusky, OH). This is a highly impactful role and will serve as the face of HR onsite and a key business partner for employee relations, compliance, recruiting, and policy execution. Over time, they will also help harmonize HR practices across both business units, recognizing where alignment makes sense and where differentiation is appropriate.
Roughly 70% of this role will focus on plant-level HR operations at Decko, responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of on-site human resources operations for roughly 100 employees. With the remaining 30% focused on corporate-level activities and long-term program development.
