What You Will Do

You will leverage your research expertise to manage a portfolio of accounts to deepen relationships and grow revenue and reach sales targets. You will provide thought partnership on how to use research to address business questions and objectives. Partnering with the insights team, you’ll design, propose, and oversee completion of research engagements to ensure an excellent experience for the client. You’ll also be the main point of contact for incoming inquiries, presenting capabilities and managing the sales cycle for potential new clients.

Who You Are

You’ve demonstrated success managing a range of research projects with an insights firm and you’re able to leverage this knowledge to help clients identify what research will address their business objectives and help solve their business challenges. You love growing and maintaining relationships and your communication, negotiation, and presentation skills are unmatched. You love balancing the technical aspects of research with the people side of account management. Qualified candidates will have a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or a related field. You will have experience with Microsoft suite as well as CRM software like Monday.com.

  • 60% Fixed Salary: Base salary in the range of $105,000 - $145,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications
  • 40% Variable Compensation: Potential to earn an additional 40%-60% of the base salary in commission & performance-based bonuses, depending on meeting or exceeding specific performance KPIs and sales targets.
