What You Will Do
As a member of the Executive Leadership Team of a PE owned company, you will be responsible for driving the business to a successful and profitable exit. You will harness your established relationships in the Consumer space, focusing on consumer electronics, hardlines, and impulse/check lane to drive growth and success in the ever-evolving retail market. You will lead a dedicated team of sales professionals, fostering connections with retailers in multiple classes of trade, including Food, Drug, Mass, Club, C-stores, Specialty, and Online including establishing a DTC presence.

You are a strategic and accomplished sales leader with established relationships across a number of retailers and vendors. You possess superior communication skills and are a closer by nature. Self-motivated for success and driven to learn every day, you’re ready to lead a small team to increase revenues and market share.
