What You Will Do

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for owning and growing the organic bulk feed business for Kreamer Feed, Inc. protecting and expanding an existing multimillion-dollar book of business while driving new customer growth. This role operates like a mini business owner, with clear KPIs, accountability, and a strong sense of ownership.

The position requires deep experience and credibility in the commercial poultry industry, including an established regional network and the ability to manage relationships across owners/operators, growers/producers, and key influencers such as service management companies, technicians, and consultants. The person in this role must be comfortable working on farms and knowledgeable about poultry biosecurity protocols.

This is a relationship-driven, outbound sales role focused on prospecting, networking, and attending industry events. It is not a passive account maintenance position.
