Kindling Snacks is sparking a new fire in the world of better-for-you snacks—crafted to fuel your day with real ingredients, bold flavors, and a mission that burns brighter than the rest. Are you fired up about pretzels? Obsessed with CPG? Energized by working hands-on with founders and breakout brands? Then keep reading—this could be your dream role. Kindling Snacks was born in a Nashville kitchen, sparked by founder Cameron Smith’s early-morning mission: to pack his daughter’s lunchbox with something nutritious and crave-worthy. Frustrated by the lack of balanced snack options, Cameron set out to make his own. After hundreds of batches (and plenty of taste tests from his four kids), he created a snack that hits the sweet spot for kids and grown-ups. Kindling is more than a snack—it’s a family-fueled movement to make better eating effortless and fun.

Work Environment:

We're building an in-person team! Let's face it: seeing people's faces in real life builds a kind of camaraderie that's often lost through our screens. Riding your stationary bike isn't the same experience as riding through the Smokey Mountains, hearing the birds, seeing the amazing waterfalls, smelling the fresh air… you get the point. In our opinion, virtual should never completely replace in person.

Make no mistake, we understand that inflexible office policies take away from the things that fuel our flame. That's why we're a hybrid operation, working three days in the office and two days remotely. We are working to create a once-in-a-lifetime experience full of growth, learning, lifelong connections, and memorable moments.
