What You Will Do
As the Director of Sales Operations, reporting to the VP of Sales and Marketing, you play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and operational excellence in close partnership with our sales team and cross-functional partners. The Director of Sales Operations will support OTIF excellence by acting as the conduit for sales on all demand planning, ensuring inventory delivery on all key promotion and innovation activity, and managing complex customer relationships in partnership with our Sr. Sales Operations Manager. The role will also build sales support infrastructure including trade and demand system implementation, provide analytics and reporting from that system, and provide sales execution support on all strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in CPG sales operations, retail partnerships, and sales processes. This role demands exceptional cross-functional leadership skills to instill right-sized processes that make JOYRIDE’s internal execution easier, and external execution successful!
Who You Are
You are a seasoned CPG professional with a strong background in volume forecasting, sales operations, and a passion for scaling high-growth brands. You bring a deep understanding of forecasting, supply chain, inventory management, and order fulfillment, paired with the ability to translate data into clear strategies that drive results. As a leader, you excel at building systems, mentoring teams, and fostering collaboration across sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Comfortable navigating complexity, you balance strategic vision with hands-on problem-solving, ensuring both internal processes and external execution run smoothly. You thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy partnering with customers and distributors, and are motivated by creating structure that enables growth, efficiency, and lasting impact.
