What You Will Do

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Customer Operations to lead our Customer Support and Implementation teams. This key leadership role will be instrumental in driving operational excellence, optimizing processes, and delivering world-class service to our valued customers. Your strategic prowess, grounded in data-driven insights, will be crucial in driving operational excellence and spearheading process improvement initiatives.

We are seeking an operations leader who embodies a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, along with a player-coach mentality. As a growing Private Equity backed company, we thrive on an all-hands-on-deck approach. You are a leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring customer success. The successful candidate will possess a strong strategic mindset while being to get in the weeds of their organization, exceptional organizational skills, and a proven track record of leading high-performing teams.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field; master's degree preferred.
