About Gooder Foods

Headquarters - Santa Cruz, CA

We took the humble noodle and made it stealthily healthy, so you can have your mac and eat it too. It’s kind of a big deal, packed into a tiny noodle. Even more important than what we do is HOW we do it. We zig when others zag, we are humble, creative – every single one of us – and we do our work with JOY. (Can you taste it in our food and see it in our marketing?). If you strive to do the best work of your life for a legendary brand, then we want to talk to you!

What You Will Do

As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you’ll steer our budgeting and forecasting processes, ensuring they're running smoothly. You’ll dive into the numbers to uncover insights into sales performance and product profitability, all while keeping an eye on cost efficiency. This is a role where you are able to work with an amazing team, make an impact, and contribute to our skyrocketing success.

Who You Are

You are passionate about process improvement and optimization, committed to team synergy, and excited to build efficient systems that enable successful teams.
