This is a very hands-on position that will require a candidate who is passionate about data and excited about rolling up their sleeves, digging in and helping GOODLES build a world class data and insights function. We generate a wealth of data in our business, coming from multiple sources, and the magic happens when there is one set of integrated data that informs sales and marketing. This is where you come in! We’re seeking a talented data and insights expert to take our data and turn it into actionable information so that it drives our most important decisions across the whole business.
You are passionate about data and there is nothing you love more than creating meaning and insights from large amounts of complex data. You have a knack for visualizing data so it becomes more accessible and actionable and you thrive on providing this critical information and insights to the people who need it most. In addition to enjoying being hands on pulling data and reports, you are an expert at speaking to insights and helping the sales team with crafting stories. You are excited about being the leader for insights for the entire company and regularly presenting to leadership what you are seeing with category and brand performance. As someone who speaks the language and understands the terminology, you are also comfortable attending meetings with key accounts.
