Build & Optimize Campaigns: Create and implement programmatic display campaigns using platforms like TradeDesk, focusing on efficiency, scale, and ROI to achieve optimal awareness breakthrough.
Strategic Roadmap Work: Develop a strategic roadmap for video marketing and programmatic display, identifying growth opportunities and refining targeting strategies. Understand strategic connection to broader, growing Retail Media Network map to support optimized tactical design for overall media plan.
Analytical Insights: Utilize analytics to evaluate campaign performance, set KPIs, and report findings to key stakeholders, driving informed decision-making. Create and maintain reports that will aid in tracking brand KPIs and ensure delivery of goals and objectives.
Vendor Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with external partners, negotiating deals and optimizing collaborations towards KPIs.
Collaborative Optimization: Collaborate with internal teams (Brand/Creative, BI, CRM) to optimize campaign performance, ensuring alignment and maximizing growth opportunities.
Testing & Innovation: Conduct regular testing for display, creating a roadmap for short-term and long-term success while staying abreast of industry trends.
We are seeking a Media Manager to spearhead the development and execution of display campaigns, establishing, and scaling our presence across digital platforms. This role is pivotal in not only executing internal programmatic display media but also managing agency partners to amplify our brand activations and engagements. Reporting to the Director of Growth Marketing, the ideal candidate will be analytically driven, enjoy developing a customized plans and support a test and learn approach.
