What You Will Do

The Manager of Healthcare Sales - USA will drive market expansion of CriticalArc’s SafeZone solution within the U.S. healthcare sector. This senior role demands an experienced healthcare technology sales leader who can effectively engage C-suite executives and senior stakeholders, navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments, and leverage extensive healthcare industry relationships. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of workplace violence solutions, patient and staff safety, and a proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales within healthcare. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), this role requires a hands-on strategic thinker with the ability to shape go-to-market efforts and personally develop and manage high-touch sales activities. Must be willing and able to travel nationally up to 40% of the time to meet with clients and stakeholders.
