What You Will Do
As a valuable member of our team, you will never be bored. The pace is fast, the work is varied, and the people are fun. As our Recruiting Operations Specialist, you will support our recruiting team with a variety of tasks, from fully managing our ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to supporting our recruiters with tasks such as writing job ads, sourcing candidates, and scheduling interviews. Additionally, you’ll manage different recruiting-related projects as needed. This role could serve as a stepping stone toward a future career in recruiting.

Benefits
- We offer flexible scheduling with anywhere from 24 to 40 hours per week, depending on your availability and our staffing needs
- Paid hourly - $30-$35 an hour, DOE
- Opportunities to increase compensation through overtime (1.5x pay), new business commissions and performance bonuses
