Amazon Compliance Manager

Global Account Health Management:

• Own Amazon Account Health dashboards across all US and international marketplaces.
• Resolve policy violations, listing suppressions, safety complaints, and authenticity claims.
• Draft structured, data-driven appeals using RCA, CA, and PA frameworks.
• Maintain relationships with Amazon Account Health and Brand Registry teams.
• Identify trends and create SOPs to reduce recurring violations or compliance risks.

Global Compliance & Regulatory Documentation:

• Maintain accurate compliance documentation for all SKUs (SDS, COAs, ingredient lists, testing certificates).
• Ensure compliance with Amazon and regulatory requirements across US, CA, UK, and EU markets.
• Submit and manage dangerous goods (DG) and hazmat approvals for global listings.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Product teams to ensure packaging, labeling, and dimensions meet marketplace standards.
• Support regulatory readiness for new product launches.

Listing Health, Catalog Integrity, & Content Accuracy:

• Conduct weekly audits across all regions to identify suppression risks, missing attributes, variation errors, and compliance-related issues.
• Manage listing contributions via Seller Central, Vendor Central, and Brand Registry.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues such as image suppressions, incorrect attributes, duplicate ASINs, and browse node mismatches.
• Ensure content meets region-specific Amazon guidelines (pricing units, warnings, packaging disclosures).
• Collaborate with creative teams to maintain high-quality, compliant listing assets.

Supply Chain & Customer Service Integration:

• Analyze VOC trends, returns, and defect patterns to identify operational or product-related issues.
• Work with Supply Chain to correct packaging, prep, labeling, or dimensional inaccuracies.
• Partner with Customer Service to reduce negative feedback through improved listing accuracy or clarifying content.

Brand Protection, MAP Integrity & Marketplace Governance:

• Monitor unauthorized sellers, MAP violations, and duplicate ASINs across regions.
• Submit and manage Brand Registry takedowns, infringement claims, and counterfeit complaints.
• Maintain Buy Box integrity and prevent unauthorized seller disruptions.
• Ensure consistent protection of brand trademarks, images, and product claims.

Global Project Management & SOP Development:

• Lead major cross-market initiatives such as listing rebuilds, compliance resets, and global marketplace expansions.
• Develop SOPs for listing creation, compliance workflows, account health processes, and case escalation.
• Manage project timelines, task ownership, and communication across departments (Amazon, Supply Chain, CS, Creative).
• Partner with the Head of Amazon to drive operational efficiency and scaling.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years Amazon marketplace experience (Seller or Vendor Central required).
• Experience supporting multiple Amazon regions (US + CA/UK/EU preferred).
• Demonstrated ownership of account health with detailed knowledge of Amazon compliance processes, appeal writing & support case resolution.
• Experience monitoring product availability and FBA In-Stock excellence by auditing real-time inventory reports and working cross functionally with supply chain.
• Background working with large CPG companies or complex regulated product categories.
• Strong cross-functional experience with supply chain and customer service.
• Excellent writing, documentation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical mindset with a track record of identifying and solving root causes.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple workstreams.
