What You Will Do
As VP of Marketing at Brami, you will take full ownership of the brand, from setting bold strategy to executing standout campaigns that drive real growth. You will lead all marketing functions including brand, digital, shopper, and field marketing, while managing top-tier agency partners and a high-performing internal team. You will elevate Brami’s presence across channels, build disruptive and creative programs, and foster strong cross functional collaboration. This is a hands on, high impact role for a visionary marketer who thrives in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment and is ready to help shape the future of a breakthrough brand.
Who You Are
You have extensive experience as a CPG marketer with a strong background in brand and shopper marketing, particularly with fast-growing food and beverage brands. You combine big-picture thinking with a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude, and you know how to lead strategy, manage agencies, and drive results. You thrive in collaborative, entrepreneurial environments and bring strong communication, sharp insights, and a passion for building standout brands. While not required, a genuine enthusiasm for Italian food + culture is a plus.
