What You Will Do
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the governance of all BlueVector.AI projects and will individually lead the management of a select number of high-profile projects. You will ensure that all projects follow our project methodology and will monitor them closely to ensure they are delivered on time, on budget and at the right level of quality.
Who You Are
You have a strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies and know when to apply which. You are comfortable and enjoy developing project plans and managing fixed fee and fixed timeline projects to successful completion. You have managed people, can resolve conflicts, and are an effective communicator. Ideally, you’ve had experience managing programs, enterprise application development projects and have some experience working for government and healthcare clients.
