What You Will Do

The Sales Operations Manager is the engine behind our retail fulfillment success. You’ll be the key link between customers, 3PLs, and our manufacturing partners — ensuring our orders flow smoothly, our inventory stays healthy, and our sales team is empowered to grow. You’ll be hands-on, strategic, and collaborative—with the opportunity to shape our operational systems as we scale.

This is a remote role with occasional travel (3–5 times/year) to trade shows or team events.
