What You Will Do
As a Client Success Manager (CSM), you’ll be the primary liaison between manufacturing clients and Alliance’s internal teams, ensuring clients receive the attention, strategic insight, and operational support needed to succeed in-market. This highly visible, client-facing role requires a mix of relationship management, business strategy, and tactical execution.

You’re a driven, self-motivated professional who thrives on building partnerships, solving problems, and leading strategic conversations. You bring a background in CPG sales or food brokerage and are comfortable engaging with both clients and cross-functional internal teams.
