What You Will Do
You will work with a team of global software engineers to redefine our best-in-class CRM software for the Home Mortgage industry so we can capitalize on a strong opportunity in the market. Along with way, you’ll architect and build scalable serverless back-end components, build and orchestrate background jobs, serverless functions, and parts of our workflow engine.
As well, you will improve database and infrastructure performance by implementing caching solutions or connection pooling. Other duties will include improving observability and taking technical product ownership of part of our codebase. The opportunity to lead a team in the future, should you prefer.

You are a collaborative, thoughtful engineer who loves a challenge. Your preferred work environment is remote and you work well independently. On the other hand, you’re engaged as a teammate and enjoy bouncing ideas around with others. English might not be your first language, but you speak it fluently.
