What You Will Do
The Project Manager is responsible for ensuring disciplined execution across the Decamarx portfolio by translating strategy into coordinated, cross-functional delivery. This role sits at the center of Brand/Creative, Paid/Growth, Retention, Website, Sales, and Product — ensuring marketing initiatives move from concept to launch with clarity, accountability, and efficiency.
This is an operational control role, and the Project Manager protects execution velocity while reducing chaos, redundancy, and last-minute risk across multiple brands operating across DTC and wholesale channels.
