What You Will Do

We’re looking for a Lifecycle & Retention Manager to own email and SMS performance across an $80M multi-brand portfolio, including Jolly Pets, Barker Beds, Horsemen’s Pride, Tusco Products, Packit, and Kerrits.

This is a revenue-driving role, not a campaign coordination position. You’ll lead lifecycle execution across DTC and B2B channels, building and optimizing retention programs that drive repeat purchase, engagement, and customer lifetime value across six brands with distinct customer journeys. Reporting to the Director of LTV & Retention, you’ll play a key role in scaling the company’s lifecycle strategy and building the systems that power long-term revenue growth.

You are commercially minded and focused on outcomes, thinking in terms of revenue and customer value rather than just campaign sends. You bring a strong mix of strategic thinking and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple brands and priorities at once. Analytical, curious, and self-directed, you are disciplined about testing, documenting insights, and taking ownership of results.
