Art Director

We’re looking for an Art Director to join the Decamarx in-house creative team and serve as a key partner to the Creative Director. In this role, you’ll translate brand vision into standout creative across multiple brands and marketing channels while maintaining exceptional quality and speed.

You will lead day-to-day art direction and production, ensuring that every customer touchpoint—from paid media to website to retail collateral—feels intentional, consistent, and on-brand.

Success in this role means the Creative Director’s vision is clearly visible across brands and channels—consistent, elevated, and unmistakably on-brand. The creative team moves faster with fewer rounds of revision because direction and feedback are crisp, decisive, and actionable. Campaigns feel cohesive across the entire funnel, and creative performance improves through thoughtful iteration rather than constant redesign.
