What You Will Do
The Senior Logistics & Fulfillment Manager is a senior role reporting to the COO and overseeing logistics, inventory, and fulfillment operations. As a newly created role, you'll step in ready to address growth-related challenges while strengthening the systems, processes, and team that support the company's expanding operations. You'll improve processes and systems, and manage and evolve our 3PL relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex problems, optimizing workflows, and rolling up their sleeves to drive results. You'll leverage the people, processes, and systems currently in place while building a scalable, high-performing logistics and fulfillment function. Simultaneously, you'll dig into big-picture goals for how to scale our logistics, inventory, and fulfillment team into a high-performing unit. You'll be accountable for key operational metrics including order accuracy across D2C and B2B channels, inventory accuracy, cost per unit shipped, on-time delivery rates, 3PL partner performance (timeliness, accuracy, responsiveness), and overall customer satisfaction related to fulfillment.
