What You Will Do

You will run the P&L for our DTC website, own the subscription base that is the most durable asset in the business, and integrate a top-tier collection of agency partners who execute website, lifecycle marketing, and paid media, so they operate as one team instead of three. You will serve as SEEQ's internal counterpart to the agency partner who leads our Amazon business, and you will lead the strategy for our TikTok presence powered by creator and advocate seeding.

This is a hands-on ownership role. You will be the primary Shopify admin, and you will also be the person who defends a contribution margin number in a leadership meeting by explaining exactly which levers are moving the needle to reach SEEQ's goals.

Shopify and DTC P&L Ownership:

Own revenue, spend, and contribution margin for the DTC website and app, building the monthly forecast with Finance and managing to a profitability threshold.
Own storefront merchandising (collections, product pages, bundles, cross-sell) and the DTC promotional calendar within pricing guardrails, protecting the full-price anchor.
Own DTC launch execution for new items and renovations against the company launch checklist.
Partner with Operations and our 3PL on fulfillment cost per unit, shipping offers, and delivery experience.

Subscription Growth and Retention:

Own active subscribers, net subscription flow, churn, and new-to-cancel ratio as the primary scorecard, along with subscription reporting (cohort retention, revenue per subscriber, LTV vs. acquisition cost).
Rebuild the subscriber acquisition path: first-order offer, starter bundles, subscription landing pages, and checkout opt-in.
Own churn reduction, including shipment cadence, skip/swap experience, save offers, win-backs, and the tech stack needed to support it.
Design and launch renewal milestone rewards and stand up new loyalty and referral programs with our CRO agency partner.

Lifecycle Marketing, Email and SMS:

Own the monthly lifecycle calendar and agency relationship, briefing on campaigns, promotions, and segmentation.
Own flows architecture (welcome, cart abandonment, post-purchase, subscription onboarding, replenishment, win-back) and list health and growth across email and SMS.
Extend lifecycle to support retail awareness, driving store locator, retail promotions, and where-to-buy.

Site Experience and Paid Media:

Own the site development/CRO agency relationship and drive the consumer journey and site plan from brief to launch, including site fundamentals like speed, mobile, search, and checkout friction.
Build a landing page program for paid traffic and run a real testing roadmap with documented hypotheses and results.
Own day-to-day DTC paid media performance (ROAS, CPA, creative testing) with our Paid Media agency partner, and own tracking integrity across pixels, conversion APIs, and attribution.
Feed the creative testing pipeline by partnering with the Creator Partnerships & Social Content Manager on what's working, what's fatiguing, and what to produce next.

Amazon and Channel Governance:

Serve as the internal counterpart to the agency partner who leads Amazon strategy, accountable for P&L metrics like Ad Fees as a % of Net Revenue, Subscribe & Save penetration, conversion rate, and weeks of inventory.
Align operational inputs (inventory, promo calendar, new item setup) and coordinate creative needs (PDP, A+ content, brand store, ad creative) with the agency and design team.
Own reviews generation and maintain synchronized measurement standards across DTC, Amazon, and retail media.
Evaluate the role of TikTok Shop based on incrementality to Amazon and retail, partnering with Creator Partnerships on direct creator relationships and affiliate requests.

Agency Integration and Operating Rhythm:

Own one integrated e-commerce plan that site, lifecycle, media, and Amazon partners all work from, instead of four separate plans.
Run the weekly and monthly operating cadence, holding partners to scope, schedule, and results.
Participate in scoping, budgeting, and partner selection, including recommending replacements when a partner isn't performing, and own weekly e-commerce reporting as the leadership team's source of truth.

Who You Are

You bring demonstrated subscription program experience, having run a subscriber base through a period when it was shrinking and returned it to growth. Numerical honesty guides how you work: you know your business well enough to tell leadership when a plan isn't working, and you show up with a proposed solution, not just the bad news. Comfortable with ambiguity and ownership, you've thrived in an early-stage or high-growth environment where you built the process rather than inherited it. You have a bias toward action, low ego, and high standards.

Title and level for this role is flexible from Manager to Director depending on the candidate's prior experience.
Base salary for this role is $120,000–$150,000 depending on experience and location
