Manager, Creator Partnership & Social Content

Creator Partnerships:

• Source, vet, and test new creators every month, building a pipeline that reflects the women SEEQ is actually for.
• Build and manage a paid retainer roster structured for repetition and rich advocacy, renewing where the evidence supports it.
• Write creator briefs with clear direction, success metrics, and creative freedom, while holding the bar high on what comes back.
• Own usage rights and whitelisting negotiations, including pre-agreed rates for extensions to Amazon, YouTube, streaming, and retail media.
• Run the free product seeding pipeline and coach the creator community to raise content quality over time.

Content Production & Community:

• Film, edit, and publish short-form video yourself, building demonstration-first content that teaches the Clear Protein format.
• Maintain a consistent publishing cadence across TikTok and Instagram, testing new formats and channels as they show promise.
• Batch produce content so a single shoot yields weeks of assets across formats, and keep the library organized and rights-cleared.
• Own SEEQ's social accounts and community engagement, including listening in communities like Reddit and feeding consumer feedback back to Marketing and Product.
• Turn retail launches, in-store sampling, demos, and field activations (Target, Walmart, Sam's Club, Vitamin Shoppe) into branded content.
• Amplify retail wins and packaging changes as they happen, giving customers the story behind why we made them and making sure people actually know where to find SEEQ on shelf.

Paid Social & Performance:

• Deliver a steady monthly batch of creator and in-house content for our Paid Media agency to test, treating creative fatigue as the top priority over the organic calendar.
• Iterate on winning concepts, producing variants against hook, opening seconds, format, and creator.
• Partner with E-commerce on what's driving sales and feed that learning into new creator briefs.
• Report on content volume, creator cohort performance, and cost per usable asset, with a point of view on what to stop doing.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years in creator partnerships, influencer marketing, social content, or content production at a consumer brand or a creator-led agency.
• Experience managing a roster of ten or more creators, including briefs, retainers, rate negotiation, and executed usage rights.
• Real production ability. You can film on a phone, light a simple setup, and edit in CapCut, Premiere, or comparable tools.
• Performance creative literacy. You understand hook rate, three-second retention, and how to iterate on a winner rather than chasing a new idea every week.
• You can write a brief by taking a strategy and turning it into direction a creator is excited about!
• Evidence that you can build for a target consumer audience you may not be yourself, but are curious and research-minded enough to learn what moves them.
• Comfort using AI tools to accelerate concepting, scripting, editing, and versioning, with opinions about where they help and where they just result in generic work.
• Comfortable with occasional travel for shoots, creator events, or company gatherings.
• Preferred: experience in food, beverage, supplement, wellness, or beauty, especially at a brand that had to teach people a new product format or where retail was the primary revenue channel; bonus points if you've negotiated your own creator agreements or worked in affiliate, TikTok Shop, or creator commerce.
