What You Will Do
Own day-to-day order fulfillment, inventory management, and supply planning across wholesale, direct, marketplace, and Direct to Consumer (DTC) channels and support Sales and Marketing with tradeshow shipment management and new customer onboarding. This role is responsible for releasing orders, coordinating shipments, tracking inventory accuracy, and supporting production planning to ensure we stay in stock and ship on time.
You’ll work closely with third-party logistics (3PL) partners, co-manufacturers, and internal teams to keep demand, inventory, and program execution aligned as the business scales.

You are a strategic, roll-up-your-sleeves sales leader with deep CPG experience and a track record of driving retail growth. You thrive in fast-paced, scrappy environments, know how to close key accounts, manage brokers and distributors, and build systems that scale. Most importantly, you’re excited to own the sales function and help shape the future of a breakout brand.
