What You Will Do
Quantum's inside sales team keeps the enterprise field team moving, and the DACH region has more opportunity than one rep can cover. You'll join a tenured inside sales rep who will mentor you, starting by supporting full sales cycles and taking on more ownership over time.
Who You Are
You understand enterprise B2B technology sales, including hardware, and you've run deals through VARs and distribution partners, not just touched them. You're comfortable pulling information from many places to build an accurate quote, you keep a high volume of opportunities moving at once, and you do business fluently in German and English.
Benefits
Compensation: €45,000 base salary + €35,000 incentive (€80,000 OTE)
Remote role based in Germany; proximity to Munich is a plus
