What You Will Do

As an Engineering Manager / Lead, you’ll serve as both a hands-on technical leader and people manager, guiding a small team of engineers to build and scale core web applications. You’ll contribute directly to the codebase while shaping architecture, improving systems, and fostering a collaborative, high-performing team. This role blends technical depth, leadership, and cross-functional partnership to deliver high-quality, user-centered products in a fast-paced environment.

Depending on your experience, this role may be scoped as either an Engineering Manager or a Technical Lead, with title and responsibilities aligned accordingly.

  • Compensation range: $185,000 – $195,000 USD; Compensation is dynamic at Ophelia: as long as the company performs well and meets our targets, there will be opportunities for increased compensation annually.
