What You Will Do
The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Manager is responsible for overseeing financial consolidation and reporting, supporting strategic business decisions, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. This role will report directly to the CEO and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business performance and support import operations.
This role can be located in either Vista, CA or Chicago, IL and is hybrid.
Who You Are
You are an entrepreneurial finance leader with over 5 years of experience in financial modeling, budgeting, and NetSuite-based reporting, specifically skilled at driving strategic growth within the wellness industry. A builder at heart, you thrive in high-velocity, collaborative environments where you can translate complex sales and supply chain data into actionable business insights.
