What You Will Do
You will own the cost and supply continuity side of Miss Jones' active portfolio, running RFPs and RFQs, building the savings pipeline, and holding suppliers to a real standard across ingredients, packaging, and co-manufacturing. This is not a transactional buying role. You will be doing meaningful strategic work from day one, with full accountability for identifying cost-down opportunities, reducing single-source risk, and improving service levels across a fast-growing, innovation-heavy portfolio.
Who You Are
You are a high-impact procurement professional who thrives on the challenge of building and evolving supply chains. While you are an expert at running RFPs/RFQs and negotiating contracts across ingredients, packaging, and co-manufacturing, what truly sets you apart is your strategic mindset and ability to communicate across all levels of the business. You are a natural collaborator and adaptive problem-solver who excels in a lean, fast-paced environment. You don't just manage suppliers; you build partnerships, think several steps ahead, and take full ownership of your work from strategy to execution.
