What You Will Do
This is a new role at Mandel, created to support our outside sales team as they spend more time in the field. You will be the link between customers and every team that touches their order, making sure what Mandel promises the customer is accurately translated into what Mandel executes. You will support a book of 100+ accounts, with a core group of larger customers where most of your time will go.
Who You Are
Attention to detail is the most important skill for this role, because the information you enter drives purchasing, production, shipping, and invoicing. You are organized, comfortable juggling multiple customers and priorities, and you communicate clearly with people at every level, inside Mandel and out. You pick up new systems quickly and are excited to grow with a company that is building out its customer service function.
Benefits
- $65,000 to $75,000 base salary; final salary dependent on experience
- Annual discretionary bonus based on company success
