What You Will Do
As the Director of FP&A, you will serve as a strategic partner to the CFO and executive leadership team while leading the company’s financial planning and analysis function. You will own forecasting, budgeting, modeling, and performance analysis, translating business strategy into financial outcomes, rigorously pressure-testing assumptions, and delivering clear, actionable insights to inform decision-making. You will drive disciplined, profitable growth, ensuring financial clarity and rigor across a complex, vertically integrated CPG, manufacturing, and eCommerce organization.
