Luke's Lobster is a Maine-born seafood company built on traceability, quality, and sustainability, sourcing directly from day boat fishermen and bringing that story to customers through restaurants, retail, and wholesale. Founded by Luke Holden and still privately held, the company has grown into a multi channel business spanning CPG, wholesale and foodservice, and restaurants, and is now investing in the leadership to bring its businesses together as one unified growth engine.
What You Will Do
The CRO will oversee the CPG and Wholesale business, owning the P&L and the full commercial agenda: sales, marketing, product portfolio, innovation, and revenue growth management. This is a builder's role for someone who can set long-term strategy and just as easily get into the details to make it happen. You will report directly to Founder and CEO Luke Holden as a member of the Executive Leadership Team.
This role is based in Portland, ME, in office at least three days a week. Relocation support is available.

You think like a General Manager, not just a marketer or sales leader, and are just as comfortable in a boardroom as you are entering a purchase order. You’ve helped scale a CPG food brand through the ambiguity of an early stage or emerging business, not only run a playbook inside an established one, and you bring the emotional intelligence to earn trust and bring a team along as you raise the bar.
